SESSION FLOW

We'll begin with a brief introduction to journeying with Cannabis, followed by a meditative invitation for personal and collective intention setting.

Next, we'll take a short break, after which participants will be invited to optionally, and mindfully, consume Cannabis.

Then, you'll be guided through a deep, somatic meditation, followed by an evocative, event-specific curated music set. Some sessions will include guided breathwork to further enhance and deepen the effects of psychedelic cannabis.

We'll conclude the ceremony with a sharing circle, snacks, self-care, and gratitude statement.

On the Monday post-journey, we offer a free, zoom-based group integration session for those who wish to participate - highly recommended for all!

After connecting with cannabis, the group engages in meditation, music, and guided reflection. There will be opportunities for individual exploration and group sharing, promoting connection, healing, and insight.

  • While most attendees have experienced cannabis at least once or twice, in general yes, the circle is designed to be accessible to people with varying levels of experience. The guide will tailor the experience to participants’ comfort levels, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where beginners can feel at ease and more experienced users can explore deeper aspects of consciousness.

  • I adhere to strict confidentiality policies in my work. All information provided to me, written and verbal, as well as your identity, will remain confidential, except when exclusions are required by law, such as if there is intent to hurt oneself or another, or child or elder abuse is occurring.

    While I require that all participants in group events agree to keep the experience and identity of other participants confidential, I am not in control of individual participants after they leave, therefore I cannot make any guarantees of confidentiality surrounding group events.

    Participants who have strong confidentiality requirements are encouraged to schedule individual sessions or sponsor a group with only trusted friends and allies.
